Jimmy Sparrow, LAc, EAMP
Jimmy Sparrow (AKA Kristin Taylor LAc, EAMP) received her Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 2014. She continued her education in Nanjing, China at the Nanjing International World Health Organization Training Center where she had the privilege to intern in both pediatric and adult acupuncture clinics. Jimmy returned home from China with a renewed love of Chinese medicine and a newly found love for garlic eggplant.
Jimmy earned her sea legs while working as an acupuncturist on a Holland America cruise ship. While on the ship she discovered the beauty of the South Pacific and realized that the Pacific Northwest truly is the most beautiful place on the planet. Upon returning home to Portland she worked with Working Class Acupuncture, Vancouver Community Acupuncture and more recently Progressive Rehabilitation Associates. Jimmy has given over 10,000 treatments and though her initial training is in TCM she relies heavily on Master Tung and Dr. Tan’s methods. Jimmy loves the fast paced nature of community acupuncture as well as the joy of providing affordable and effective healthcare.
