Thank you for considering PRA for your rehabilitation needs.  Here are some answers to questions we hear the most.

How early do I need to arrive for my appointment?

After you have received insurance authourization we will schedule your appointment.  A packet of information will be mailed to your address.  If your paperwork is completed at home, there is no need to arrive early.  Please arrive 30 minutes early if you need to complete paperwork at PRA. 

How long will it take to get authorization for my treatment?

Because each insurance company has it own requirements and process for authorization, it can be hard to predict how long your authorization will take.  Some only take a few days, while others can take weeks for your insurance company to approve. In certain cases, patients can significantly expedite their authorization by contacting their insurance provider directly. You can always check on the status of your authorization request by calling your program coordinator at 503.292.0765 

What are your hours of operation?

Our Portland office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  Our Vancouver office is open Thursday and Friday from 8AM to 4PM.
