Simply put, accreditation is a roadmap that guides our focus and our commitment to continuously improve our service quality. We have made a pledge to enhance the quality of our services and programs to prove that our focus is your satisfaction. It matters.
The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, CARF International is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of human service providers.
We chose to become an accredited in addition to meeting all legal and regulatory requirements. This means that we conform to proven business practices, employee training, information management and continuous quality improvement planning. Each year we must submit an Annual Conformance to Quality Report to prove our adherence to the standards and maintain our accreditation.
PRA has consistently been awarded CARF Accreditation in 5 key areas for its for its Interdisciplinary Pain, Occupational (Work Hardening & Conditioning), and Brain Injury Outpatient Rehabilitation programs.
This achievement represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and is evidence that PRA has met CARF's internationally recognized standards for efficiency, fiscal health, and service delivery which ultimately means better outcomes and greater satisfaction for the people they serve. An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation outcome has put itself through a rigorous peer review process, and has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit that its programs are of the highest quality, measurable, and accountable.
By working to continuously improve our services, we can improve the quality of life for you and your loved ones. Our focus is set squarely on your safety and happiness and on meeting your needs and expectations.
We can help.
